Ms. Naheedy is committed to assisting clients with a wide variety of legal issues. Her passion and interest in helping others drives her commitment to her practice. Ms. Naheedy’s practice focuses on real estate, immigration, and civil litigation matters. She also has experience in mediating matters on behalf of her clients and thinks that mediation is a great alternative to traditional civil litigation.
Ms. Naheedy has considerable knowledge and experience in real estate law. Her real estate practice focuses on real estate transactions, short sale negotiations, foreclosure defense, title resolution, as well as resolving failed real estate transactions on behalf of escrow companies.
Ms. Naheedy’s immigration work focuses primarily on family based immigration. During the Summer of 2012, she worked as a volunteer immigration attorney at the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project in Seattle. She volunteered in the domestic violence unit where she assisted women who were victims of domestic violence with their petitions for U-Visa applications. She was also President of the Immigration Law Society at Chapman University’s School of Law.
Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Naheedy served as In-House Counsel at Santiago Communities, Inc. in the city of Orange from 2009 to 2010. She assisted the corporation with legal and business matters related to the more than forty mobile home parks it managed.
During 2010 and 2011, Ms. Naheedy had the opportunity to work as one of the attorneys on an $80 million dollar Federal RICO lawsuit in the Central District of California in Los Angeles. She worked on all phases of the civil suit, from the pleadings, to discovery, mediation and eventual settlement. She has worked in both the State and Federal court system in California.
In addition to practicing law, Ms. Naheedy is licensed in California as a Real Estate broker. From landlord-tenant disputes, HOA disputes, escrow law, for sale by owner deals, short sale negotiations, title resolution, and real estate lending, Ms. Naheedy has a plethora of knowledge and experience when it comes to California real estate matters. She knows and works closely with several licensed contractors and home repair businesses, to whom she readily refers her clients.
