Meet Sara Naheedy, Esq.

Ms. Naheedy’s practice focuses on real estate, family law, and civil litigation matters. She also has extensive experience in mediating matters on behalf of her clients and believes that mediation is a great alternative to traditional civil litigation.

Ms. Naheedy has considerable knowledge and experience in real estate law. Her real estate practice focuses on real estate transactions, partition actions, landlord-tenant matters, short sale negotiations, foreclosure defense, title resolution, as well as resolving failed real estate transactions on behalf of escrow companies.

Ms. Naheedy’s family law practice focuses primarily on prenuptial agreements and divorce matters. She is one of several designated attorneys with Prenup Planner and routinely prepares and reviews prenuptial agreements with clients. Sara also represents clients with regard to domestic violence restraining orders and general restraining orders. She is an advocate for victims of domestic abuse and children who require court-appointed attorneys.

During the summer of 2012, Sara worked as a volunteer immigration attorney at the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project in Seattle. She volunteered in the domestic violence unit where she assisted women who were victims of domestic violence with their petitions for U-Visa applications. She was also president of the Immigration Law Society at Chapman University’s School of Law.

Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Naheedy served as in-house counsel at Santiago Communities, Inc. in the city of Orange from 2009 to 2010. She assisted the corporation with legal and business matters related to the more than forty mobile home parks it managed.

During 2010 and 2011, Ms. Naheedy had the opportunity to work as one of the attorneys for an $80 million dollar federal RICO lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles. She worked on all phases of the civil suit—from the pleadings to discovery, mediation, and eventually, to settlement. She has worked in both the state and federal court system in California.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Naheedy is licensed in California as a real estate broker. She also manages and runs On Demand Escrow.
